For the production of extruded snacks we offer a wide range of maize grits and flours with different granulations, fat content or color intensity
Maize Grits R 1:
- coarse, low-fat corn semolina for the production of molded extrudates in the snack industry or for use in brewing applications
- produced from the best flint maize varieties, which are produced in a regional and sustainable contract farming in Southwest Germany or Alsace, France
- the low fat content stands for soft, large-volume extrudates that guarantee a special mouthfeeling; in beer production, the low fat content ensures a stable foam crown


Maize Grits superfine:
- extra fine maize semolina for use as topping/decorating of rolls and other bakery products
- the grain hardness of the flint maize prevents the formation of fines when using automatic spreaders in bread and bakery production
