Product description

The new ATP-PRO classifying wheel considerably improves both the product quality and the process efficiency. Equipped with exchangeable vanes, the patented ATP-PRO classifying wheel can be retrofitted with ease into any existing system and moreover offers an absence of contamination that was formerly only possible with ceramic classifying wheels.

> Single-wheel or multi-wheel air classifier for ultrafine classifying operations> Superfine powders in the fineness range d97 = 5 to 10 µm; with the NG model, finenesses of d97 = 2 µm (d50 = 0.3 µm) are possible
> Spatter-grain-free operation over the entire separation range
