At Sunbloom Proteins we love food and we have the mission to support people in their food transition towards more plant-based diets.
Our core business activity consists in producing and marketing functional and nutritional proteins from sunflower seeds as an ingredient for food.
Our patented sunflower protein ingredient delivers unique features in terms of nutrition (60% protein, 20% fibre), functionality (emulsification and foaming properties) as well as sensory profile (mild taste profile – no off-note, clean off-white colour). On top of that, our sunflower proteins are non-allergenic and non-GMO European origin.
These unique characteristics allow stunning experiences in the segments of savoury, dairy alternatives and nutritional products.
