nutritional proteins from sunflower seeds as an ingredient for food.
Our
patented sunflower protein ingredient delivers unique features in terms of
nutrition (60% protein, 20% fibre), functionality (emulsification and foaming
properties) as well as sensory profile (mild taste profile – no off-note,
clean off-white colour). On top of that, our sunflower proteins are
non-allergenic and non-GMO European origin.
These
unique characteristics allow stunning experiences in the segments of savoury, dairy
alternatives and nutritional products.
