    SQzyme CSL is a food grade highly concentrated Acid Cellulase (EC 3.2.1 .4), which hydrolyses carbonhydrate cellulose to oligose and glucose. SQzyme CSL is produced from refined strain of Trichoderma reesei through submerged liquid fermentation. It has three activities (endo- and exo-cellulase and beta-glucanase side activities). With the excellent synergistic effect, it can effectively reduce viscosity in cereal-based mashes when used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol. It is also broadly used in industries of food processing, brewery, animal feed, textile and etc.
