Sodium Polyglutamate (PGA) - Personal Care Ingredient

Product description

The basic structure of Sodium polyglutamate (PGA) consists of D- and L-glutamic acid monomers which are connected by amid linkages between α-amino and γ-carboxyl groups. Large number of carboxyl along the molecule chain of PGA can form hydrogen bonding in a molecule or between different molecules.
Application
PGA can be used in facial mask, cream, emulsion, essence, facial cleanser, shampoo, hair care products etc.
Recommended dosage: 0.1%-1%
Add PGA in aqueous phase, after being dissolved completely and then emulsified.
