PromOat oat beta-glucan is a soluble oat bran fibre, extracted from wholegrain oats without the use of chemicals. PromOat is a natural source of beta-glucan that provides important health and functional benefits. In the body, oat beta-glucan helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, blood glucose levels and healthy digestion. Its beta-glucan content is up to 34%, which makes it easy to achieve the daily dosages required for specific health benefit claims. Lantmännen has the widest portfolio of oat beta-glucans on the market and offers PromOat in four different versions; PromOat Conventional, PromOat Instant, PromOat Gluten-Free and PromOat Gluten-Free Organic.

PromOat oat beta-glucan is clean-label and produced from Nordic non-GMO oats. It has a neutral taste and color and is used in food and beverage for both its functional properties and health benefits. PromOat helps thicken and stabilize emulsions and impart an indulgent creamy mouthfeel.
