Pfeifer & Langen is one of Europe's leading sugar manufacturers. At six locations in Germany and further factories in Europe, the family-owned company processes sugar beet and produces a wide range of sugar specialties. Pfeifer & Langen produces 100% natural sugar for national and international companies.

Long-standing customers include both the food industry and food retailers, where products of the Diamant or Kölner Zucker brands are sold. The company also produces animal feed from sugar beet and develops quality products for the non-food processing industry. The product range includes several hundred different product specifications according to individual customer needs. It ranges from granulated sugar of various grain sizes to liquid sugars, icing sugar, caramel sugar syrups, rock candy, organic sugar, gelling sugar, colouring caramel, fondants or flavoured sugars and many other functional sugars.
