Under the Savoures Group, both OFM and OFV operate

segments. OFV is the dedicated processing hub for gluten-free solutions
and stringent allergen-controlled production. With advanced monitoring from raw
materials to logistics, the facility maintains gluten-free assurance below 5
ppm. Its key innovations include the Oritex series a functional binders
for poultry further processing such as sausages, patties, nuggets, and surimi.
Offering superior adhesion, freeze-thaw stability, and moisture retention while
PureNutri-Coat (Gluten Free) a
next-generation gluten-free coating system designed for lasting crispiness,
digestive comfort, and nutritional enhancement with inulin and low-FODMAP
formulation options.
Advancing beyond food coatings, OFM continues to innovate
within the bakery sector with its Double Action Baking Powder (DABP) -
ammonium and aluminum-free serving as a clean-label yeast replacer in selected
applications. It delivers shorter proofing time, improved rising stability, and
