NOVATION® 9260 is an organic, functional native food starch refined from waxy maize. NOVATION® 9260 is a food starch designed as a thickener and stabilising agent for water-based food systems. Typical processing conditions would include moderate temperature processing through scraped surface and plate heat exchangers or jacketed kettles.
