Nisin powder is a natural food antimicrobial product made by fermentation of Lactococcu Lactis. It is looks like light brown to milky white free-flowing powder, easy to dissolve in water and used to control spoilage lactic acid bacteria, as a food preservative to avoid food spoilage. It is easily decomposed by plant protease after entering the human body, it is a safe, non-toxic and efficient natural food preservative.

Nisin is used for meat products, dairy products, vegetable protein food, canned food preservation to extend shelf life.
