Founded by chefs, MFL developed a unique approach to create bold, umami-rich culinary ingredients from simple, honest, real foods, using proprietary solid-state fermentation techniques. Our range of culinary ingredients, marketed in Europe under the brand-name SHO, is 100% natural, plant-based and additive-free. MFL operates a production hub in the Netherlands and a development team in Paris, meeting Europe’s growing demand for sustainable, natural, plant-based solutions.
