Company description
L’atelier INOVé by LSDH is a plant-based juice extraction
centre and a plant-based protein research centre.
A unit serving your industrial activities through the sale
of plant-based ingredients such as juices (for use in desserts, ice creams,
etc.) and okara (for use in pet food, insect substrates, bread biscuits, meat
substitutes and more).
Four bases are currently available: soy, oats, rice and
spelt. For the future, l’atelier INOVé is also working on other cereals and
protein crops.
Based in the Loiret region of France, l’atelier INOVé is
actively involved in the creation of French food sectors.
With over 115 years of history, LSDH is a French family company
and an expert in liquids – from plant-based drinks and cooking aids to milks, creams,
juices, soups, soft drinks and syrups.
LSDH also includes a plant division, offering ready-to-use
fresh salads and vegetables under its own brand Les Crudettes or under
private labels.
