InProteins is a Spanish Natural Ingredients company, focused on producing  Alternative plant-based protein ingredients from pulses and cereal through hybrid extraction and biotechnological transformation technologies  to produce Nutritional and Functional Proteins.Its production site is being built in the Curtis-Teixeiro industrial area (A Coruña, Galicia Spain)

The company aims to use EU based Pulses Flour and also  agri-food upcycle grains to obtain plant proteins, aligning with the circular economy and sustainable concept.
