TORRESGUM is a natural gum obtained from the carob seeds being one of the most important hydrocolloid used in the food industry. Applications include ice creams, other frozen desserts, dairy products, dressing & sauces, jellies & fruit preparations, bakery, meat products.
The company sells the products in more than 50 countries.
