    FLAVEX Naturextrakte GmbH is a private and independent company specialized in the production of high quality botanical extracts using supercritical CO2 extraction technology. FLAVEX has been serving the food, nutraceutical, cosmetics and perfumery industries with innovative high quality flavors, fragrances and bioactive ingredients since 1986.
    The clean and environmentally friendly CO2 extraction process preserves the full spectrum of sensitive top notes and bioactive compounds of herbs and spices, such as antioxidants, natural flavors, essential oils and special fatty oils. The liquid CO2 extracts contain the original lipophilic substances of the plant and are free of any solvent residues, proteins or heavy metals. They are characterized by a high stability and a long shelf life.
    In addition to ISO 9001, 14001, HACCP, organic, COSMOS, NATRUE, kosher and halal, FLAVEX has also been ECOVADIS certified for several years and was recently awarded the ECOAVDIS Gold Medal again.
