CRYSTAL TEX™ 627 M is a specialty high stability dextrin refined from tapioca starch that appears as a yellow fine powder. It can be used in a wide range of coating and film forming applications. It produces transparent films with excellent gloss and appealing surface colours for bakery and snack glazes. CRYSTAL TEX™ 627 M is mostly used in confectionery, bakery, cereals and snacks applications as well as flavour encapsulation.
