Our patented drip-casting processes are highly suitable for the easy, efficient, and elegant production of perfectly spherical microgranules from solutions, emulsions, dispersions, and molten masses.

BRACE microgranules are very evenly sized, especially when compared to granules produced with spray drying techniques. The size distribution of BRACE microgranules is usually <10% down to <5%. Therefore, BRACE microgranules are perfect for all purposes that require perfectly spherical and evenly sized particles.
