At AMO, we take pride in producing premium Essential Oil of Mustard
(also know as Volatile oil of Mustard or VOM) that is rich in Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), a natural compound known for its pungent
taste and various beneficial properties. AMO is HACCP, HALAL and KOSHER certified,
adheres to ISO9001 manufacturing protocols and is GMO free, that’s right 100% natural. AMO is the only company crushing mustard seed in Australia and producing Essential Oil of Mustard and our process of cold pressing the seed, results in the AITC remaining in the meal and the edible oil being rich in antioxidants and of a subtle smooth flavour. Zero chemicals are used in our manufacturing process and we produce both unfractionated (min 93% AITC) and Fractionated (min 95% AITC) Essential Oil of Mustard. We are in teh process of buildng a new fully automated manufacturing facility capable of producing 30Mt of VOM a year.
