About us

Spaichinger Nudelmacher is part of the ALB-GOLD group, one of the major pasta manufacturers in Germany.
 
For more than 160 years we have been producing pasta in Spaichingen. With a young, creative team and the latest production facilities, we are now able to produce more than 300 different shapes of pasta with a great variety of raw materials: chickpea fusilli, spelt linguine, gluten-free tomato-chili pasta or just traditional Swabian Spaetzle. Almost everything is possible.

We are able to supply pasta for Processing Industry for all kinds of demands.
Our pasta is suitable for
